If you are uploading data of advertisers, you agree that the advertiser has given you permission to use their logo and/or promotions. Admance is not responsible for any data that violates any copyrights, or is submitted without the knowledge of the copyright holder.
3. Admance will not allow any offensive or pornographic material on the site, which includes ads, comments, and URL's pointing to questionable web pages. Admance reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed such.
4. You may not use the Admance.com site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
5. You agree to not spam, harass, or threaten any members of Admance. Please play nice!

Violation of these terms will result in data being removed and/or your account being terminated.

Admance reserves the right to modify the Admance site for any reason, without notice at any time. Admance also has the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted to this site and you will be notified by email if you have chosen to receive updates.

Copyrights

Admance claims no property rights to the material you provide to the website. Everything from your profile, images and other materials are yours. You are free to remove your profile by deleting your account. This will also remove all ads, text, images and any references of ads, text and images from the system.

Admance will work hard to protect the submission and distribution of copyrighted work. If you feel your copyright has been infringed at any time, please send an email with your contact information and a description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed, as well as any other relevant information.
